To help calm their minds and strengthen their bodies, this class for tweens, will be alive with flowing asana sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques. This class will also work on building self-confidence and self-awareness, and is a great class for gaining tools to help with stressful situations and everyday life. Tweens will learn the basics of yoga while introducing positive affirmations, meditation and have a little fun with some yoga games. This workshop is perfect for those 8-12 years old.
